Welcoming Patrick Stensloff

Patrick Stensloff has joined the Division of Business Services as of Monday, July 10, 2023 as Assistant Director, Purchasing Services. Patrick joins us from Oneida Nation where he has worked since 2006 in various purchasing-related roles, most recently serving as Director of Purchasing, and responsible for overseeing $450M in spend in a range of categories needed to meet the needs of governmental and enterprise divisions. He has also served as President of the National Native American Purchasing Association. Prior to Oneida Nation, Patrick worked at United Airlines. In his role at UW–Madison, Patrick will oversee a staff of Procurement Managers responsible for procuring a wide range of commodities and services including but not limited to purchases of information technology software and hardware, consulting services, office equipment, printing, food, facilities and maintenance, and specialized student-facing services.
