2025 Middle Eastern North African (MENA) Heritage Month

From the MENA Heritage Month web page (students.wisc.edu/mena):

This year’s theme, “Roots and Routes: Tracing Homelands and Histories,” embarks on a journey to rediscover the paths and traditions that have shaped the Middle Eastern North African (MENA) region’s identity. Along the ancient traveling routes, traditions and knowledge were shared over cups of tea, building connections and inspiring innovations that shaped civilizations. Following these paths, we are reminded that all of our journeys begin with roots—our homelands, our histories, and the traditions that keep us grounded, no matter how far we travel.
