2025 Asian Pacific Islander Desi American (APIDA) Heritage Month

From the APIDA Heritage Month web page (students.wisc.edu/apidahm):

When viewed individually, the Asian Pacific Islander Desi American (APIDA) community is composed of many diverse identities that illustrate unique aspects of our lived experiences. However, when these identities come together to form a community, we can create something that expands beyond what we can see — a patchwork of universes bound together. We weave a vibrant web of culture, resilience, and connection, proving that our collective strength lies both in the multitude of individual universes and in the convergence of our shared celebration. By navigating this multiverse with open hearts and open minds, we not only expand our own universe but also discover the limitless potential of our shared existences that are stronger together. This year, join us in embracing all of our various experiences, realities, and possibilities as we dive Into the APIDA-Verse.
