Cora Beach hired as new Tax Compliance Manager

I am pleased to announce that Cora Beach has joined our Financial Information Management Team as the Tax Compliance Manager. In her role, Cora’s primary responsibilities include development of institution-wide policies, maintenance of tax compliance data and reporting, and serving as the campus subject matter expert on higher education tax compliance issues and questions.

Cora joins us with over 13 years of experience working in higher education, with most recently spending four years as the Tax Manager for Universities of Wisconsin. Her position included managing systemwide tax compliance and reporting for UW System and all 13 institutions. She was also responsible for PCI compliance, the facilitator for UW System Bursar’s group, and performed other accounting and year end reporting related duties. Cora’s work experience and expertise in both higher education and Universities of Wisconsin tax policies and procedures will position her well to provide our campus with excellent support and guidance.
