Women and Leadership Symposium 2026

The annual Women and Leadership Symposium is July 14, 2026. All sessions will be in-person at Memorial Union.

The Symposium is a full-day professional development opportunity that brings together colleagues and community members to discuss relevant issues and topics that will educate, upskill, and empower leaders at all levels.

In addition to the keynote address, there will be breakout sessions on topics related to:

• Relationship building
• Well-being
• Building influence
• Career management
• Workplace skills
• Inclusive excellence

The event is open to all individuals who are interested in women’s advancement. The registration fee–$100 for UW participants and $150 for non-UW participants–includes the keynote, breakout sessions/workshops, continental breakfast, and lunch.
