Pay adjustments will total 4 percent for faculty and staff

UW–Madison is pleased to announce that Faculty, Academic Staff, University Staff, and Limited Appointees will be receiving pay increases totaling 4 percent under the 2017–2019 pay plan. The four percent increase will be phased in, with the first 2 percent taking effect in July 2018 and the second 2 percent in January of 2019.

Who gets these pay increases?

Faculty, Academic Staff, University Staff, and Limited Appointees who were employed in their current positions by Jan. 8, 2018, who have completed UW–Madison’s sexual harassment prevention training, and who are meeting performance expectations as identified in their last performance evaluation will receive the pay increases.
