As you may know, we will be updating the reception desk area in suite 5301 and suite 6101 will add a fresh coat of paint, reupholster and modify some of the existing work stations.
Phase I: Scheduled to start the week of May 6the and completed by June 7th — The Purchasing staff who were in the middle area, have been moved to other workstations temporarily while the work is completed. On the 5th floor, the reception desk area will be remodeled and a new cubicle will be put in place between Frank and Craig in the Travel and Cards area.
Phase II: Scheduled to start July 22nd—-There will be a break in the timeline for the Fiscal Year work, between 6/17 and 7/19. Towards the end of that break, Susie’s staff who sit in the middle of the east end of the suite, will be moving to the newly remodeled west end until work in their area is completed.
Carpenters will be here this afternoon or tomorrow to start removing bulletin boards, pictures, etc. to prepare for the painters who should be here on Thursday, May 9th.
The hope is that the entire project will be completed by the end of August. It may be a bit messy and noisy, but in the end, I think we’ll like the final result!
