Mari Ann Ménager will be joining the CMCT team as a Change Management Specialist on October 1, 2019. She will initially be working with the Purchasing and Disbursement team on the Procurement Automation project.
Mari Ann is no stranger to Business Services, as she has worked in conjunction with many staff on a variety of projects within the Division, including projects such as Internal Controls and P-Card.
Mari Ann joined UW-Madison in May 2014 as a Business Performance Manager in the former office of Administrative Process Resdesign (APR), which recently merged with the Office of Quality Improvement, to form the Office of Strategic Consulting. In her role with APR, Mari Ann provided process and project management support to improve the efficiency of business operations for variety of campus projects. As an Internal Consultant with Strategic Consulting, she supported engagements with campus partners in the areas of organizational assessment, facilitation, strategic planning and process improvement.
Prior to joining UW–Madison, Mari Ann led business readiness, project management, and process improvement initiatives in manufacturing and financial services environments. These efforts leveraged Net Promoter Score, Voice-of-the-Customer feedback, and Lean principles to advance organizational goals through improvement of the customer and employee experience.
Mari Ann earned her Master of Science and undergraduate degrees in communication at UW-Whitewater.
