Three new Procurement Managers join Purchasing team

Please help us welcome three new Procurement Managers to the Division of Business Services! They each have a background that includes working in procurement roles in state agencies and we are excited to have them bring that experience to UW–Madison.

Mojgan Hall

Mojgan has most recently served as an IT Acquisitions Analyst in the State Bureau of Procurement within the Department of Administration’s Division of Enterprise Operations, responsible for enterprise-level IT procurements and management of resulting contracts. She has an extensive background in public procurement, contract management, negotiations, training, and supplier management. Mojgan has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Arlington, majoring in Management with a minor in Information Systems.

Becky Jorge

Becky most recently served as a Purchasing Agent – Senior in the State of Wisconsin’s Department of Safety & Professional Services, serving as the Department’s sole purchasing resource. She has a diverse background in State of Wisconsin procurement, contract management, negotiations, and supplier management within a large variety of commodity and service areas.

Hallee Kox

Hallee (pronounced like Halle Berry) most recently served as a Procurement Specialist at the State of Wisconsin Department of Administration (DOA) within the Enterprise Sourcing area managing goods and services contracts. Hallee has a strong background in State of Wisconsin procurement, contract management, negotiations, training, and supplier management. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, yoga and long walks on the beach!
