Tech equipment pick-up/drop-off location change; DoIT Technical Services/Field Services team moving

On Friday, March 1, the DoIT Technical Services/Field Services team (formerly known as AIMS) will be moving from the WARF building (610 Walnut St.) to the Middleton Building (1305 Linden Dr.). Due to the move, there will be delays in support over the next few days (week of February 26). The WARF building will no longer be a location for equipment pick-up and/or drop-off. Starting Monday, March 3, we ask that you instead drop these items off at the walk-in Help Desk in the Computer Sciences building (1210 W. Dayton St.). Walk-in hours are Monday through Friday 7:45 a.m. to 5 p.m. If needed, you can pre-arrange an appointment with staff at the Middleton Building as unexpected drop-ins to the Middleton Building are not possible. There are no other changes in how DoBS is supported by DoIT.
