Travel & Card Welcomes New Team Members

The Travel & Card Team is excited to welcome three new employees to our Central Audit Team. This team is responsible for the centralized review and approval of expense reports and purchasing card transactions.

• Rita Richter and Sheila Sugden joined us from the College of Letters and Science at UW–Madison in November 2024. Each brings previous experience auditing expense reports and interpreting UW travel and procurement policy.
• Gotha Thao is joining us most recently from UW Shared Services. Previously, Gotha spent over ten years working in HR and finance at UW-Milwaukee. Gotha’s first day on the Travel & Card Team is February 10, 2025.

We are delighted to have each of them onboard! Please join me in welcoming Rita, Sheila, and Gotha to the team!
