2025 Cybersecurity Awareness Training available

The 2025 Cybersecurity Awareness Training is now available in both an interactive online format and in a paper format. UWSA Policy 1032 requires all UW–Madison employees (including student employees) to complete Cybersecurity Awareness training annually, at least every 365 days. Staying up to date with this training is required to be eligible for potential pay increases and bonuses.

You can see when you last completed this training by reviewing your OHRD learning transcript. Simply go to the Professional Development website, then click on, “Review your course history.”  You may be asked to log in with your NetID and password. This will take you to your learning transcript. Scroll down to find your most recent completion of Cybersecurity Awareness Training. Completion dates appear to the right of course names.
