Join the EID Committee for a virtual educational class in our “New Year, Better You” program, with events held across January, February, and March 2025.

Our culture influences many aspects of who we are- how we live, how we work, how we approach problems and how we participate in the world around us. Therefore, it is not surprising that our cultural differences can open up communication challenges. Regardless of the extent of our diversity, it is important to recognize that “different” does not imply “wrong”.

Content presented by LifeMatters. LifeMatters is a resource provided through the Employee Assistance Office (EAO). LifeMatters assistance is available 24/7 and includes a wide variety of resources such as training, financial and legal consultation, time saving searches, 1–5 sessions with a counselor for personal or work-related issues, and management consultation regarding workplace concerns.
