Welcome, Erica Boutelle

We are happy to announce Erica Boutelle joins the Non-Sponsored Central Accounts Receivable and Billing department in Business Services on Monday, July 11. She will be helping the team process bills, set up customers and help in the transition from Decentralized A/R to Centralized A/R for campus departments and divisions. Erica comes to our team with extensive experience in customer service related to accounts receivable. Her past positions most recently at Madison Lighting and Capitol Physical Therapy prepared Erica for the opportunities she will experience in her new role. Erica will be working remotely.
